It is STRONGLY recommended to create Windows media rather than install from a Windows disk. Creating your own media means you will be reinstalling the most recent version of Windows, which greatly decreases the chance of running into issues

Create Media

Unless you've recently created your own media, select this option. You'll need a 4GB flashdrive and a windows system with internet access. (Creating your own media is strongly preferred to using a Windows disk)
